CM's grandsons to conquer Tamil movies

Here is one more entrant to filmdom from CM's family. Dayanidhi Azhagiri, grandson of Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi. The son of M.K. Azhagiri has acquired the state wide release rights of Surya starrer Vaaranam Aayiram.

Recently Dayanidhi started a film company Cloud Nine Movies, which bought the movie for a theatrical release across Tamil Nadu. The film will be released word wide from November 14th.

Directed by Goutham Menon, Vaaranam Aayiram features Sameera, Divya and Simran as lead ladies opposite Surya.

It may be recalled that Udhayanidhi Stalin, son of Karunanidhi's younger son and Local Administration Minister M. K. Stalin ventured into film production with the Vijay starrer Kuruvi.

Gunanidhi, another grandson of Karunanidhi is now producing the remake of Rajinikanth movie Murattu Kalai.

The veteran statesman's another grandson Arivunidhi (son of elder Mu.Ka. Muthu) has turned playback singer. A doctor by profession, Muthu has sung a song in a movie titled Perumal.
