Court vacates interim stay on Theeyavan!

The Chennai High court has vacated an interim stay on a new film titled Theeyavan to screen all over the state.

Recently Shanmugapriya, a financier filed a case against the film for not including his name as the co producer of the film as promised by the producer earlier.

He urged the court to order the producer to return his money of Rs.30 lakhs 30 thousands before the release of the film.

After hearing the case, the court issued an interim stay on the release of Theeyavan last week.

But the Producer of the film Kathiresan had appealed against the order. The case was heard by the judge yesterday. After having gone through the case, the judge ordered to vacate the stay and allowed the producer to release Theeyavan. However the judge has postponed the hearing of the main case for next month.
