Superstars to release Dasavatharam

Once again, Oscar Ravichandran, the producer of Kamal Hassan's much awaited film Dasavatharam, has come out with the new date of the audio launch of the film. This time he fixed April 25th as the date for the release (earlier he announced March 18th and April 2nd as audio launch dates) and confirmed Nehru Indoor Stadium as the venue for the mega event.

According to the producer, Jackie Chan will release the first copy of the audio CD and the same will be jointly received by the superstars of India Rajini, Amitabh and Chiranjeevi. Chief Minister Karunanidhi also will be expected to this function.

The producer also hinted that his Dasavatharam has overtaken the Bollywood biggies like Om Shanthi Om and Jodhaa Akbar in terms of number of prints releasing worldwide. It would have more than 1,500 prints in Tamil and other languages put together.
