Cheran starts Pokkisham at Gobichettipalayam

Director Cheran has launched his experimental project Pokkisham – Nee Enakku ezhuthiya Kathal Kadithangal (Pokkisham – A collection of love stories sent by you!) yesterday at Gobichettipalayam, one of the most favourite outdoors of Tamil Cinema.

Directing the film on first copy basis, Cheran once again join hands with his favourite heroine. The film will be shot in Gobichettipalayam, Pollachi and Kolkata. Sabesh Murali scores the music and camera handles by Rajesh Yadav.

Meanwhile even before the shoot started, when Cheran arrived in Coimbatore Airport he was questioned by the Income Tax officials for carrying Rs 15 lakhs as cash in his baggage. Later, he proved that the amount had withdrawn from his Chennai bank account to meet the shooting expenses.

Pokkisham crew will shift their camp to Pollachi after a week shooting.
