Few
scenes
of
Tamil
film
Vanakkamma
have
been
changed
due
to
the
strong
protestation
of
Hindu
Munnani.
According
to
the
script,
Saravanan
and
Vishnupriyan,
who
are
playing
the
lead
roles,
go
to
jail
at
their
young
age
in
a
murder
case.
One
day,
they
escape
from
the
jail
and
come
to
Chennai.
The
typical,
careless
urbanized
Chennai
lifestyle
surprise
them
and
force
them
to
loot
the
houses.
They
decide
to
come
in
the
day
time
in
different
get
ups
like
Hindu
Gods
Rama,
Krishna
and
Anchaneya
to
note
the
chances
and
loot
the
houses
in
the
nights.
One
of
such
scenes
printed
in
the
films
inaugural
pooja
invitations
and
the
same
caused
for
a
big
protest
from
Hindu
Munnani,
an
ardent
religious
outfit.
Since
the
director
hasn't
any
intentions
to
insult
or
wound
the
Hindus,
he
immediately
changed
the
scenes
for
that
particular
situation.
According
to
the
changes,
Saravanan
and
Vishnupriyan
are
appearing
in
Bhoom
Bhoom
Mattukkaran
(like
a
gypsy
with
well
decorated
cow!)
get
up
in
the
same
scene.
Swathika,
a
debutant,
plays
the
lead
lady
role.
Others
