Vanakkamma
Few scenes of Tamil film Vanakkamma have been changed due to the strong protestation of Hindu Munnani. According to the script, Saravanan and Vishnupriyan, who are playing the lead roles, go to jail at their young age in a murder case. One day, they escape from the jail and come to Chennai. The typical, careless urbanized Chennai lifestyle surprise them and force them to loot the houses. They decide to come in the day time in different get ups like Hindu Gods Rama, Krishna and Anchaneya to note the chances and loot the houses in the nights.

One of such scenes printed in the films inaugural pooja invitations and the same caused for a big protest from Hindu Munnani, an ardent religious outfit.

Since the director hasn't any intentions to insult or wound the Hindus, he immediately changed the scenes for that particular situation. According to the changes, Saravanan and Vishnupriyan are appearing in Bhoom Bhoom Mattukkaran (like a gypsy with well decorated cow!) get up in the same scene.
