Kandasamy US rights sold out for record price

Normally Superstar Rajinikanth or Shahrukh Khan Films only get higher distribution prices in the overseas market. But for the first time the US distribution rights, of movie Kandasamy has been sold out for a record price, Rs. 1 crore. US distributor Mohan has fetched the rights and makes arrangements to release the film in grand manner.

Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, this film has been shot for nearly 40 long days in exotic locations of Mexico. Now the remaining portions of Kandasamy will be also shot and after seeing the rush, Thanu appreciated director Susi Ganesan for donning an excellent job.

Vikram-Shreya are playing the lead roles in the movie and Devisri Prasad scores the music. The audio release will be held in the second week of August in grand manner. Thanu is planning for a solo release of the film during the pooja holidays.
