CM and Rajini watch Uliyin Oosai

Usually film personalities invite the Chief Minister for previews to watch and comment on their movies. But this time it happened reciprocally. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Dr M Karunanidhi invites his close friend in Tamil Cinema Superstar Rajinikanth to watch and comment on his forthcoming film Uliyin Oosai.

Directed by Illavenil, the story, screenplay and dialogues are written by Karunanidhi. Though the producers are new to the Industry, they are not new to Karunanidhi. In fact, they are close functionaries in his party DMK. Along with Rajini, there are nearly 150 VIPs including Kamal Hassan, Bharathiraja and KS Ravikumar were invited to the preview.

When asked about the movie the Superstar said, "The dialogues and script of the movie are excellent. Kalaignar proves himself as the veteran filmmaker and keeps himself far from comparisons in the Industry."

Bharathiraja pours praises on Kalaignar for his hard work to keep himself live in the tinsel world. Maestro Illayaraja composed music for this film and all the six songs have already well placed in the charts. This serious historical film is slated to hit the screens worldwide on 4th July, Friday.
