Nadigar Samgam may act against Asin

The South Indian Film Artists Association popularly known as Nadigar Sangam has hinted that they might take severe action might be taken against leading actress Asin for not turning up for the protest organized by the association in Chennai, against attack on Tamils and Tamil film screened theaters in Karnataka last month. Radha Ravi, the General Secretary of the Sangam had announced that those who did not turn up for the protest had tendered an explanation for their absence.

Most of the artists who were absent for the fast have responded with in a week but Asin hasnt responded upto now. Radha Ravi said, "The President of Nadigar Sangam Sarath Kumar is now out of station. After his return, the Sangam will take action against the absentees. Yes, Asin is yet to respond our show cause notice. We will announce the Sangam's action against her soon.'
