Nepali story changed

Though Bharath worked hard at his acting in his new film Nepali, the response from the audience was not as enthusiastic. The reason is a poor screenplay with a needless lengthy description of scenes. In few portions, the purpose of the serial killings done by the protagonist is not explained properly. After considering the reviews and opinions made known in the press and well wishers, Bharath requested the director VZ Durai to trim a few portions of the film.

Now, Durai edited and trimmed the lengthy portions in the second half and the movie is made more crisp and racy. Meanwhile, Ravi, Joint Commissioner of Chennai Metro Police has made a plea to the producer and director of the movie to remove certain scenes in the movie which portrays police in bad light. He told, "When I watched the movie in a theatre, I was shocked with the way the director portrays the police department. It will only give a nad name to the police department misinforming the public."
