Prabhu
Deva.
The
person
known
for
his
sincerity
and
hard
work,
has
lost
his
elder
son
Vishal
on
Thursday
morning.
Prabhu
Deva
had
earned
fame
as
a
choreographer
and
a
hero
in
several
films
including
blockbusters
Kadhalan,
Rasaiyya
and
Indu
in
the
nineties.
After
a
short
break
in
his
career,
he
took
upon
the
new
challenge
as
a
director
and
tasted
success
in
films
like
Nuvvastanantae
Nenodantana,
Pokiri
and
Shankar
Dada
Zindabad.
He
is
currently
directing
the
film
Villu
starring
Vijay
and
Nayantara
and
the
Hindi
version
of
Pokiri
with
Salman
Khan.
Married
to
Latha,
Prabhu
Deva
has
three
sons
-
Vishal,
Rishi
Raghavendra
Deva
and
Adith
Deva.
Vishal
has
been
suffering
from
prolonged
illness
and
undergoing
treatment
for
cancer
in
a
city
hospital
for
the
past
6
months.
He
died
on
Thursday
morning.
