Sathyanarayana 'rested' from Rajini fan club!

Sathyanarayana, the President of All India Rajinikanth Fans Association, popularly known as 'Thalapathy' to all Rajini fans, has been 'rested' from the post since he is suffering from kidney failure. According to the fan club higher authorities, no one has been appointed in his place.

Reports cite that Sudhakar, a long time friend and classmate of Rajini would manage the clubs, till Sathy recovers from his illness.

Sathy has been managing nearly the one lakh fan clubs of the actor for the past two and half decades. He is one of the trusted friends of the actor.

Sathyanarayana said in an interview that he is indeed unwell, and unable to attend 200 meetings in 20 days, as he used to in the past. "Rajini sir did not want me to strain myself and has asked me to take complete rest for time being..."
