Thiru is the new cinematographer for Robot!

Shankar, the new showman of Indian Cinema, roped in with ace cinematographer Thiru aka Thirunavukkarasu for the first time in Superstar Rajinikanth's Robot. Veteran cameraman KV Anandh has been working for all Shankar's films right from the days of Muthalvan to recently released Shivaji.

But due to his commitment to direct a film for AVM banner with Surya-Tamanna has requested Shankar to relieve him from the mega project. After this Shankar approached Nirav Shah, the ally of Vishnuvardhan. Initially, Nirav accepted the invitation of Shankar, but later he conveyed his non availability to Shankar due to his commitment in Vishnuvarthan's new project Sarvam.

Finally, Shankar now opted for Thiru, who was the cameraman of many Kamal films including Hey Ram and Ajith's recently released Kreedom.
