Shreya says 'No' to item numbers!

After getting the negative response from the leading heroes, Shreya, the bold and gorgeous beauty of Tamil film industry, has now decided to put a full stop to item numbers in future. Recently Shreya has done an item number with comedian turned hero Vadivelu in Indiralogathil Na.Azhagappan for a whopping Rs.50 lakhs payment.

After seeing her part in the film, many leading actors including Ajith have rejected her to cast in their films. According to the actress, she had lost three big offers just because of her appearance with Vadivelu. Initially, Ajith also dropped her from his forthcoming film directed by Raju Sundaram. Later Shreya called on Ajith and explained her position to convince Ajith. Then only the actor confirmed her role in his film.

After this experience the actress finally came to a conclusion. Now she is saying a big no to every producer and stars those who are calling her for appearing in item numbers. According to the actress, after came to know her decision, Ajith, the onscreen hero of the actress at present, praised her: 'A late decision; But certainly a wise one!'
