    Worldwide release of Sultan on April 14th

    Rajini's next release Sultan-The Warrior is getting ready to hit the screens worldwide.

    Soundarya Rajinikanth, the producer and director of Sultan–The Warrior has said that the film would be released on April 14th, the Tamil New Year Day.

    According to Soundarya, the super star has completed his portion for this eagerly awaited animation movie which is going to hit the screens all over the world with more than 2000 prints.

    The film, which is being produced by Ocher Studio in association with Adlabs, features the superstar as a warrior and is loaded with his characteristic punch lines and mannerisms along with five peppy numbers tuned by AR Rahman. Vairamuthu has penned all the lyrics and Thotta Tharani is the art director.

    Vijayalakshmi, the heroine of Chennai-28 is acting as Rajini's lady love in this animated film.

    "This is Ocher's dream project and we have worked for nearly two years and I'm sure our film will be at par with films from internationally reputed animation companies like Pixar or Dream works. The character modelling, texturing, visual effects, lighting and animation are all being done in-house. It will be released in 12 languages including Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and English," remarks Soundarya.
