Trisha has a villainous wish

Trisha, the leading actress in South Indian cinema, wants to become a bad woman on screen. She is willing to do a roll like the one done by Ramya Vamsi (Krishnan) in Rajini's Padayappa! She said that it would be her dream role.

Meanwhile the actress is now appearing in a cameo role for the first time in Vellithirai produced by Prakash Raj and Moser Baer. Initially the makers of the film thought of some other leading actress for the role. But Prakash Raj, who worked with the actress in Abhiyum Naanum, requested her to do the small role in Vellithirai. She accepted the role because of the friendship. At the same time, she fears that others would ask her to do cameo in their films too.

In Vellithirai, she plays herself. She appears as Trisha, whom the hero Prithviraj, a director as per the story, meets to narrate a story.
