'Goundamani is one of my heroes' - Vadivelu

Vadivelu, the erstwhile comedy partner of Goundamani later turned archrival says that he is the great fan of Goundamani. According to the actor, Goundamani is one of his heroes in the industry.

In his recent interview he says, "Till now I'm enjoying the comedy scenes involved with Annan Goundamani. He is one of my favourite comedy heroes of our times. Many have criticized the comedy based on kicked around. But take the case of Tom and Jerry. Even a comedian like me could enjoy the hilarious kicked around comedy of the cartoon movie. That is the base for all our comedy tracks. I think if people enjoy it, what is wrong with the tracks?"

It may be recalled that both Goundamani – Vadivel shared the screens for few years and parted due to some misunderstanding in the early nineties after Koil Kaalai.

Interestingly, both these great comedian's films are releasing simultaneously today all over Tamil Nadu.
