"Jeeva is getting too big for his boots."

By By: Settu Shankar

Vidthai, a project signed by Jeeva to do after Thenavattu has been shelved by its producer Hithesh Jabak due to some 'hurdles' created by the actor.

It is said that after Thenavattu, Jeeva compelled the producer and director to change the script of the completely action based movie.

Hithesh is the producer who has given consecutive hits like Naan Avanillai, Anjathey and Pandi earlier. He wanted to make a film with Jeeva and had signed him before the release of Thenavattu.

But now before the shooting of this film by debutant Thiraivarnan started, the film has been dropped.

According to Hitesh Jabak, "Jeeva is getting too big for his boots. His unreasonable demands like Celina Jaitley as his heroine and Vadivelu to do the comedy part has increased the budget above Rs.5 crores. He has also hiked his pay suddenly and has demanded a whooping amount. His market is not that much worthy and that is why I have decided to drop the project. I have informed the same to R.B.Chowdhry too…"

Jeeva has returned the advance of Rs.25 lakhs for this project, to the producer. Jabak and the director are now searching a suitable hero for this project.
