Vishal censors Sathyam by 22 mins

After getting the feedback from theatres and friends Vishal, the hero of recently released Sathyam, cut off about scenes as long as 22 minutes featuring Nayantara to make the film crisper.

According to Vishal, "Satyam has been cut short by 22 minutes to make it crisper. "Everybody felt it was too lengthy in the first half particularly a song and some comedy scenes involving Nayantara and Senthil. So we decided to shorten it. I think the film is now more cute and crisp."

The comedy scenes of Nayantara, the children and Premji (runs for 7 mins!) have also been deleted. Plus the long drawn out fight scene centered around the ice-factory has been shortened as well.

Also Vishal denied of the poor opening of the film. He asks, "How can you judge a film in just 3 days? The family audiences are yet to watch the film and the opening was really very good. Definitely, the film will set a new high for action movies!"
