Action King Arjun is back with Maasi

Kicha, the director known for his minimum guarantee films like Thangam and recently released Thee has started his next venture with Action King Arjun.

Produced by Kovai Mani, the film had a grand pooja at Chennai in the presence of directors Perarasu, Manobala, Raj Kapoor, Suraaj and others. Actor Nicole was present but the director confirmed that the heroine is yet to be finalized.

There are 2 heroines in the film. Arjun plays the role of a sincere police officer who fights the system in his own way.

Arjun says, "The film is a mix of realistic and commercial elements and my role is very contemporary and a completely different one from my earlier police movies!"

The shooting of the film will commence on the 6th of April in Hyderabad. Shooting will take place in Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad. Dhina is in charge of the music.

And... what is the meaning for the title Maasi?

It refers to Maasilamani, the hero's name in the movie.
