Kamal Hassan releases Ilayaraja's Azhagar Malai

Kalaignani Kamal Hassan released the much awaited audio of Isaignani Ilayaraja's Azhagar Malai on Saturday at his Azhwarpet Office.

Produced By Sangili Murugan's Meenakshi Arts and Karumari Kandasami jointly, the film is shot in the beautiful backdrop of Madurai and its suburbs with the lilting tunes of legendary maestro of our times Ilayaraja.

Interestingly, he has appeared as a musician in a song picturised in and around his favourite locations like Ramanashram at Thiruvannamalai and his mother's memorial at Pannaipuram.

The much awaited audio of the film was released in simple manner at Kamal's office. Hero of the film RK, Director SP Rajkumar and Producer Lakshmana Moorthy also attended the event.

RK and Banu play the lead roles and Vadivelu appears in an important role in the film.
