Jaganmohini gets green signal for release

It is really a good news for actress Namitha and her die hard fans, who are expecting her Tamil movie Jaganmohini. Yes, the film will hit the screens as per their original plans on the day of Deepavali.

The Madras High Court had stayed the release of the film on Tuesday after a petition was filed by Chennai based distributor Azhagappan. He had claimed that he was to get his due amount Rs 12.6 lakhs from producers Murali Cine Arts. However, Azhagappan and the film producer H Murali got a mutual settlement out of court on Wednesday.

Another complaint, which was filed by actor Srikanth, was also settled smoothly. Now Jaganmohini will release (October 17) worldwide on Saturday. Meanwhile, Namitha has expressed her happiness over the developments. She wished her fans a happy 'Jaganmohini Deepavali'!
