Censor Board rejects Renigunta!

The much hyped Tamil film Renigunta has been rejected by the censor due to its overdose of violence and glam. The film was to release as per schedule this Friday, Nov 27. But a couple of days ago the Regional Censor Board in Chennai has seen the movie and shocked with the gruesome scenes of the film. Due to this they denied the certificate and now the film has been referred to the Revising Committee in Mumbai.

The subject of Renigunta is highly controversial as it shows children turning into contract killers. The film directed by Panneerselvam and produced by Mahendra Kumar Jain has newcomers like Johnny, Sanusha, Nishanth and Sandeep.
