Saranya Mohan makes a deadly move

The success of Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu has tempted Saranya Mohan, the young Malayalam actress, to demand a hefty pay hike in her forthcoming films.

According to sources, the actress has now strictly told her producers to pay Rs.15 lakhs per film. Her earlier pay was just 3 lakhs per film!

But after seeing the positive response for her at the box office, she has gone for this pay hike.

In the recent emergency meet by the Producers Council, all the producers unanimously decided to cut the pay hike and production cost of the stars and films in future. After having realised the situation, big stars like Nayantara, Reema Sen and Trisha have agreed to reduce their payment up to 30 lakhs.

One of the producers told that the situation is very worse now and hiking the salary is fatal for an actress like Saranya.
