Sarath Kumar to be elected President unopposed

By By: Settu Shankar

Actor Sarath Kumar has once again filed his nomination papers to contest for the post of the President, Nadigar Sangam.

Sarath, who was initially keen on state politics, has once again entered the fray for the artist organisation"s president"s post. Satyaraj, Mumtaz, Simbu and other actors in Sarath's team have also filed their papers today as the last date of submission of papers is June 18.

It looks like he will win unopposed because nobody else has filed their nomination papers against his post.

Radha Ravi, too, has filed his nomination for the secretary"s post, which he is also likely to win unopposed.

The majority of the 3,200-odd Nadigar Sangam members prefer Sarath and Radha Ravi, as their rule so far has been without any controversies.
