Simbu, Vishal to lodge complaint against Tharun

These days, most of the directors are very particular in getting publicity by hitting popular heroes. Tharun Gopi, the director turned actor, is one among them and he recently lashed out at two of the Kollywood's leading actors he has directed - Silambarasan and Vishal.

At the audio launch of Mayandi Kudumbathar, Tarun Gopi, one of the 10 directors who are acting in the film said, "I have done Thimiru with Vishal and it was a hit, but I did not get a single paisa for my efforts in the film. In fact the hero Vishal is not a worthy guy to get that much of publicity and money. Because he feared a lot in action sequences and instructed me to cut shot the stunt blocs."

“As far as Simbu is concerned, he was totally unprofessional, during the making of Kaalai, he shied away from work and grossly interfered in the making of the film. I myself could not recognize the film for which I had written and directed!" he added.

After hearing the comments of Tharun Gopi, the actors decided to lodge a complaint with the Actors' Association against Tarun Gopi for damaging their images.
