Actor Silambarasan, who often got stuck in controversies, seems to have closed off for a peaceful life. Indeed, the actor has dropped his plans of portraying himself in roles of 'anti-hero" and 'psychotic" nature. It"s more evident with his forthcoming film, Vinnaithandi Varuvayaa.

With his personal life, there was news regarding his parents searching for a perfect marriage alliance. Speaking to the media channels about this, Simbhu said, “It is true that they are in search of an alliance for me. But my wish is that my younger sister should get married before me. I have already spoken to my parents about this. So they are in search of an alliance for my sister Ilakia. Ilakia has completed her MBA. After she gets married to a suitable person, my marriage will take place. I prefer a girl who showers her affection on me and who takes care of me when I return from shooting."

When asked on rumors about his relationship with Trisha, he clearly stated that both of them are childhood friends and there's no room for love affair between them.
