Surya celebrates birthday at Cape Town

Surya, the 'darling of the box office' as the trade pundits call him after his blockbuster of the year Ayan, is celebrating his birthday today.

But unfortunately, Surya is not in the town today. The actor will be celebrating his birthday at Cape Town in South Africa, where he is shooting for his K.S Ravikumar directed Aadhavan.

According to Surya's media manager, he will be back in Chennai from Cape Town on Monday morning (July 27), after completing the climax of the film.

He will start work on his new film Singam , his silver jubilee film directed by Hari from August.
