Vadivelu, the numero uno comedian of Kollywood has announced that he is not acting in Shakthi Chidambaram's Guru Shishyan.
When Vadivelu joined hands with Sundar C after a gap for Shakthi Chidambaram's Guru Shishyan, film buffs felt happy to see Vadivelu again in a full fledged comedy. But things are not on the right track and now it has led to the exit of Vadivelu, the important commercial aspect in that project.
According to the sources, Shakthi Chidambaram sold out the movie for a big price. The distributors also showed their interest in buying the film mainly because of Vadivelu.
“I was only invited for the photo shoot of the film. After that, no scenes involving me have been shot till date. When I enquired, they said that the film"s shoot is on the verge of completion. But I am yet to get any proper communication. Hence I have decided to return the advance they have paid me... Now I want to clarify to all my fans that I am walking out of Guru Shishyan," says Vadivelu.
Now the director is in trouble. According to the sources, most of the distributors are giving pressure to the director to return their money and they firmly said that they haven't got any more interest in Guru Shishyan with out Vadivelu.
