Dad rules out Vijay's entry into politics

At the occasional gathering of Vijay"s Welfare Association held in Mumbai Ray Road, Vijay"s father S.A. Chandrashekar donated 2 computers and 10 sewing machines to the underprivileged students. Vijay"s mother Shiba Chandrasekar was present too.

The proud father expressed how after MGR, only Vijay"s fans are spread all throughout the nation. But his father"s one statement shocked everyone out there. He said that his son would never enter politics neither would support any political party.

This is interesting as the trend of famous stars entering politics is being going around since a long time now.
