Vishal to help uterus cancer patients!

Actor Vishal has joined hands with Helios Hospital, one of the super specialty health care centers located in the outskirts of Chennai, and has announced his plans to help poor women who are affected with dangerous uterus cancer.

Attending the inaugural ceremony of the hospital along with ace film maker P Vasu, Sun Network's Vice President (programming) Hansraj Saxena and Manimegalai Thangam Thennarasu, he remembered how the doctors of Helios hospital cured him from severe injuries. "Whenever I got injured my driver took me and rushed to Helios Doctors. I have got 25 such heavy injuries in my body. All have been healed by Helios doctors only..", the actor says.

Further he added, "For women, uterus cancer is one of the worst, notorious diseases in the world. Now I have come to know that Helios Hospital has introduced a new treatment for this decease. According to the doctors, just 3 injections are enough to cure the decease for lifetime. But the treatment is a costly one and not affordable for the poor. So I have decided to share the expense of this treatment for poor women who take the treatment here...".

For the first time in India, Nano Coating technology (complete sterilization) is introduced in Helios Hospital operation theaters to avoid infection to the patients during surgeries, the press release of the hospital says. Earlier, Dr Manjula Devi, Managing Director and Dr Nandakumar, President of Helios welcomed the chief guests to the event. Helios Hospital is located in the 100 ft Bypass Road, Velachery.
