Following
the
grand
success
of
Mozhi,
Vellithirai,
and
Abhiyum
Naanum,
actor-producer
Prakash
Raj
is
back
with
his
next
home
production
movie
Inidhu
Inidhu.
The
film"s
music
release
function
was
held
recently
(August
1)
in
Chennai
which
was
attended
by
the
film"s
crew
and
technicians.
Choreographer
Pony
Verma
was
also
present
at
the
occasion.
Prakash
Raj,
who
is
well-known
for
introducing
talented
actors
and
technicians,
has
followed
the
same
traits
in
this
film
as
well.
As
known
earlier,
the
film
is
a
remake
of
Telugu
blockbuster
Happy
Days
directed
by
Shekar
Kammula.
Addressing
the
special
invitees
gathered
for
the
audio
launch
of
Inidhu
Inidhu,
Prakash
Raj
said
that
he
was
spellbound
over
the
musical
score
of
Mickey
J.
Meyer
for
Happy
Days.
Prakash
Raj
said,
“Soon
after
watching
few
clippings
of
Happy
Days,
I
was
pretty
sure
that
it
would
be
a
big
hit
and
of
course
just
as
I
predicted,
the
film
will
be
a
blockbuster.
Indeed,
I
wanted
to
acquire
the
remake
rights
much
before
its
release…"
Set
in
backdrops
of
college,
Inidhu
Inidhu
is
a
sang-froid
entertainer
laced
with
fun,
frolic,
emotions,
friendship,
love,
and
sentiments.
The
film
is
directed
by
cinematographer-turned-filmmaker
K.V.
Guhan
and
is
produced
by
Prakash
Raj
under
the
banner
of
Duet
Movies.
Since
the
film
is
focalized
on
the
theme
of
friendship,
Prakash
Raj
purposely
released
the
music
on
August
1
as
it
marked
the
occasion
of
Friendship
Day.
The
film
is
scheduled
to
hit
screens
on
August
20.
