7 AUM Arivu has shades of Inception

Much prior to Murugadoss' official confirmations on his next project 7 Aum Arivu, the calls on airs were about this film being inspired from Hollywood"s recent release Inception. Nonetheless, the filmmaker was infuriated with such false reports and made a reasonable statement about impossibilities of copycatting a film before its release.

But to a surprising extent, here"s an interesting buzz from the closer sources that connects A. R. Murugadoss" 7 Aum Arivu and Inception.

It seems that the complete second half is about a group of 5 scientists venturing into a speculative project, somewhat like a heist. One of those scientists will be Shruthi Hassan, the female lead character of this film while a famous character artist is reported of being roped to play the role of another scientist accompanying the protagonist Surya.

Wow! That"s quite interesting, isn"t? If this turns to be a confirmed fact, obviously A. R. Murugadoss must be appreciated for sharing commonalities in conceptualizing similar ideas with Christopher Nolan, just as it happened with Mementoes.
