Rahman's CWG theme song gets mixed response

Allah Rakha Rahman"s compositions are known for taking its time over making it bigger on charts. Of course, it has been illustrious with most of his albums including Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya, Raavanan and Endhiran, in which few songs made it topper on charts after few weeks of release while some of them were instant hits. Allah Rakha Rahman"s 'Khelo Jeeyo", 'Hey – O", 'Let"s Go" were through mixed reviews during the time of release and now nearly after a few weeks, the song has become a massive hit across the town.

In fact, the song turned everyone"s attention with its media stories projecting on feedbacks from various music directors, playback singers and committee members of CWG. BJP Leader and Commonwealth Games Organizing Committee Executive Board Member V. K. Malhotra started off with commenting that the song doesn"t exceed the expectations. In fact, the board members have insisted the academy award winner to make some finer modifications to the song and have planned to release it 10 days prior to tournament.

However, the playback singers and music directors across Tamil Music Industry have strongly supported Allah Rakha Rahman saying that the song is at its best and will gradually grab everyone"s interest as it goes on with time.
