Sasikumar launches writer Chandra's books

Writer Chandra, once an assistant of filmmaker Ameer finally completed penning down two books based on short stories and poems. Recently, these books were launched by filmmaker Sasikumar and actor Jai at Film Chamber. The occasion witnessed coming together of renowned writers and lyricists Shobha Shakthi, Meena Kanthasamy, Ajayan Bala and others.

When it was the turn of Sasikumar to convey his wishes for Chandra, he said, “I was really reluctant to share this dais as most of them over here are possessed with vast knowledge towards literary works. But I am sure that Chandra will soon make it big as a filmmaker as she possesses those traits of visualizing words into pictures with finesse."

It"s worth mentioning that Chandra is the wife of V.K. Sunder, one of the leading public relations officers in Tamil film industry.
