Tamil
Nadu
Theatre
Owners
Association(TTOA)
has
decided
to
ban
Vijay's
movies
after
he
failed
to
reimburse
the
loss
incurred
from
his
recent
flop
movies
like
Sura,Villu,
Vettaikaran
etc.
The
association
on
Tuesday
held
a
meeting
and
they
have
decided
to
take
tough
decision
by
not
extending
cooperation
to
his
films.
Earlier,
TTOA
insisted
Vijay
to
compensate
30%
of
the
loss
like
Rajinikanth,
Mani
ratnam
and
Kamal
Hassan
had
done
in
similar
situations.
Though
Vijay
agreed
to
compensate
the
loss,
he
is
yet
to
meet
the
members
of
the
association
to
end
the
deal.
This
has
irked
the
association
and
decided
to
ban
his
films,
says
sources.
However,
the
actor
is
gearing
up
for
his
next
mega
budget
film
Velayudham,
which
will
hit
the
floors
on
July
15
at
Madras
University
Hall.
