Ajith Kumar plays the worst character in Mangaatha!

We have have read much about Ajith Kumar's 50th film Mangaatha and the role, which he is playing in the film. Now, the latest news on the film is that Thala plays the worst character in the upcoming Tamil film.

Speaking to a leading daily, the actor himself has claimed he will be seen as an ordinary man named Vinayak Mahadevan, who is only interested in money. The movie, which is all about gambling during cricket matches, has five characters of which is Ajith Kumar is playing out and out bad man's role. In his words, he is the worst among the five.

The actor further adds that it is up to the audience to decided whether he is the protagonist or antagonist of Mangaatha. “He has in him that villainous streak that would probably make you recoil. After a long time in my career, I thoroughly enjoyed doing this role." The Hindu quoted the the actor as saying.

However, the shooting of the film has been completed recently. Currently, the post-production works are in progress and Mangaatha, which is directed by Venkat Prabhu, is expected to hit the screens during the Independence Day.
