Ajith Kumar's Mankatha crosses 10 cr mark in 5 days

Mankatha, which received mixed response from the critics, is heading for a record breaking collection at Box Office. The movie has garnered an estimated Rs 10 crore in five days.

Traders say that the movie, which was released last Wednesday, has raked in Rs 6.78 crores in Tamil Nadu at the Box Office for the five-day extended weekend. In Chennai alone, it has collected close to Rs 2.75 crore. While multiplexes recorded a healthy 78-85% occupancy, single screens registered 90-95%. It has also been welcomed in the UK, Malaysia and Singapore

Ajith Kumar, Trisha Krishnan and Arjun Sarja starring Mankatha is directed by Venkat Prabhu. The movie tells the story of five men, who lay their hands on gambling money, fights, when it comes to dividing it.
