Ajith's Mangaatha songs ready to rock

Ajith Kumar's Magaatha songs composition have been completed. Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored nine songs for the film. Delighted director Venkat Prabhu confirmed the news on Twitter. He tweeted, “Six songs composed!!! Three songs recorded!!There will be a promo song!!! One club mix and a Mangaatha theme music!! 9tracks!! U1 rocks!! "

Mangaatha will be Yuva Shankar Raja's fourth film with Ajith Kumar. Earlier, they had worked together in super hit movies like Aegan, Billa etc. The highlight of Mangaatha album is that for the first time Ilaiyaraaja and Yuvan have crooned together for a song. Vaali, Gangai Amaran and Subramanya Bharathi's grandson, Niranjan Bharathi have penned the lyrics.

However, sources have said that the songs have come out well. The makers of the film are planning to launch the audio in April. It is also said that an audio company is in talks with the movie bosses for the music rights of Mangaatha and they have reportedly offered a crore for the same.

The movie stars Ajith Kumar, Trisha Krishnan and Arjun Sarja in the key roles. It also features Lakshmi Rai, Anjali, Premji Amaren, Ganesh Venkatraman, Sona Heiden in supporting cast.
