version
of
Singam
after
she
demanded
high
remuneration
to
act
in
the
film.
Earlier,
it
was
reported
that
the
actress
opted
out
of
the
project
citing
date
issues.
According
to
reports,
Anushka
demanded
Rs.
1.5
crore
to
act
in
the
film.
Her
high
remuneration
made
the
makers
of
the
film
to
drop
her
from
Ajay
Devgn
starrer
film.
Meanwhile,
director
Rohit
Shetty
has
zeroed
in
Kajal
Aggarwal
to
play
the
female
lead
in
the
film.
However,
Anushka
is
currently
filming
Vikram
starrer
Tamil
movie
Pitha.
She
has
three
Telugu
films
like
Rani
Rudrama
Devi,
Damarukam
and
Rebel
in
her
kitty.
