Anushka likely to pair up with Rajinikanth in Kochadaiyaan

Anushka Shetty's wish to act with Rajinikanth seems to be finally coming true. The Singham girl is reportedly in race to pair up with the Tamil superstar in the upcoming multilingual movie, Kochadaiyaan.

Sources have said that the makers of the forthcoming movie are considering Anushka Shetty for one of the female leads. But the production house has not confirmed whether Anushka is one of the contenders to pair up with Rajinikanth. Other than her, many other South top actresses are in the race.

Meanwhile, director Soundarya Rajinikanth has claimed that the casting process are on and nothing has been finalised. On her Twitter page, she wrote, “Working on confirming cast and crew. Will let u all know once we finalise."

Kochadaiyaan is produced by Eros International & Media One. Filmmaker KS Ravikumar is the supervisor of the project. It is expected to hit the screens in August 2012.
