After
approaching
quite
a
few
big
names
in
Bollywood,
actor-director
Kamal
Hassan
seems
to
have
changed
his
plans
of
roping
in
a
B-town
babe
in
upcoming
Tamil
movie
Vishwaroobham.
The
actor
has
decided
to
cast
South
actress!
Well,
if
reports
are
to
be
believed,
Anushka
Shetty,
who
is
on
cloud
nine
with
the
success
of
Deiva
Thirumagal,
has
almost
sealed
the
deal
to
play
the
female
lead
role.
Reports
claim
that
Kamal
Hassan
has
ended
his
search
for
the
leading
lady
in
forthcoming
Vishwaroobham.
The
actor,
who
saw
Anushka
Shetty's
performance
in
Deiva
Thirumagal
and
considering
her
popularity
in
all
regional
languages,
has
recently
approached
her
to
cast
her
in
the
movie.
The
actress
has
given
the
verbal
consent
to
pair
up
Kamal
Hassan
but
she
is
yet
to
finalize
the
deal.
It
may
be
recalled
that
Sonakshi
Sinha
was
intially
signed
to
play
the
female
lead
role
but
she
opted
out
after
the
movie
got
delayed.
Meanwhile,
Kamal
Hassan
is
reportedly
starting
the
shooting
of
Vishwaroobham
today.
The
56-year-old,
who
has
taken
the
responsibility
of
directing
the
film
after
director
Selvaraghavan
walked
out
of
the
project,
will
shoot
his
portions
of
the
film
in
the
first
schedule.
