Billa 2 gets a Delhi lass!

The hunt for the leading lady role for upcoming film Billa 2 has come to an end, as a Delhi-based model has been roped in to play the female lead in the film. Yes, Huma Qureshi, who has done some notable Hindi commercials, has been signed to pair with Ajith Kumar in the film.

Makers of the film have announced that they have been searching for a suitable face to play the female lead in the film. The role demands a lot, as the actress will be part of many action sequences. Hence, they took time to finalize the leading lady, says Chakri Toleti. The director feels that Huma Qureshi has the right blend of glamour and talent, which made the movie bosses to zero in on the actress.

Huma Qureshi has said that she is excited to be part of Ajith Kumar starrer film. The actress is impressed by the storyline and she feels lucky to have signed Billa 2. The actress adds that she is up for the challenge.

Huma Qureshi started her career as a model and has done many commercials including Aamir Khan's Samsung Guru Mobile ad and Shahrukh Khan's Nerolac Paints ad. Currently, the actress is busy with Anurag Kashyap's Bollywood movie Gangs of Wasseypur.
