Dhanush dedicates National Award to Rajinikanth

Dhanush, who won the Best Actor for his performance in Tamil movie Aadukalam at the 58th National Award, has dedicated it to his father-in-law and actor Rajinikanth. The actor took Twitter to share his joy and happiness with his fans.

He posted, “On behalf of all my fans and myself I dedicate this national award 2 superstar and his speedy recovery :) god bless," Dhanush also thanked director Vetrimaran, cast and crew of the film. “Thank you Vetri , Kalanidhi Maran sir, Tapasee, Velraj , and the entire crew for their part and support."

Aadukalam starring Dhanush and Tapasee has bagged five National Awards for various categories. The movie, which was released on January 14, is one of the biggest commercial hits of the year.
