Genelia D'Souza will be seen in the role of a journalist in Velayudham and Hansika Motwani as a village girl in the Tamil movie. The movie also features Saranya Mohan, Abhimanyu Singh, Sampath Raj, Santhanam, Pandirajan and others in the cast.
