KS Ravikumar to direct Sanjay Dutt

Ace filmmaker KS Ravikumar is all set to make his Bollywood debut. He is gearing up to direct Sanjay Dutt in his first outing in the Hindi film industry.

The director has confirmed and said that he is entering the Bollywood by directing Sanjay Dutt. He is remaking superhit movie Saamy, which starred Vikram and Trisha Krishnan. The filmmaker further adds that he wants Amitabh Bachchan to play a key role but he has not approached him yet.

KS Ravikumar claims that 'Kolaveri di' track hitmaker Anirudh Ravichander would compose the music for the Hindi version of Saamy. They had an informal chat. However, nothing has been finalised.

Meanwhile, the Padayappa director ends that he would start the project in March 2012, soon after the completion of Kochadaiyaan.
