Madhuri Dixit says no to Rajinikanth

Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit has refused Rajinikanth's offer to act in his upcoming film Rana. The actress, who is currently busy with Television reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, was approached by the superstar to play one of the female leads in the film.

Madhuri Dixit has reportedly told the superstar that she is missing her children and wants to fly back to the US soon. Reports say that the actress has politely turned down the offer. It also added that she was offered to pair Rajinikanth's older character in the film. It may be recalled that they worked together in Bollywood movie Uttar Dakshin in the year 1987.

However, Rajini is playing triple role in KS Ravi Kumar's film. Deepika Padukone has been roped in to play one of the female leads in Rana. The movie is jointly produced by Eros International and Soundarya Rajinikanth's Ocher Studios Private Limited. The movie will hit the floors in March.
