Mallika Sherawat moves her hips for Kalasala

Mallika Sherawat is turning on the heat. Yes, the Bollywood actress is leaving no stone unturned to make her item number in Tamil movie Osthi a hit, just like Mallika Arora Khan's 'Munni badnaam hui...' in Dabangg.

The actress, who is in Chennai for the shoots, has opened up on the item song in Osthi. She says that the Tamil version is more upbeat unlike Mallika Arora Khan's Munni, which was a mixture of folk and melody. The actress adds that the song is primarily focused on her waist and hips.

Mallika Sherawat further says that she is enjoying the shoot and keeps humming the number aloud. The item song is choreographed by Robert and it is being shot on Mallika, Sonu Sood and Silambarasan. The Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa star is yet to join the filming. It is crooned by LR Eshwari and Simbu"s father T Rajendar.

The Bollywood actress had performed in item numbers in Tamil before in Mani Ratnam's Guru (Maiya Maiya) and Kamal Hassan's Dasavathaaram (Kaa...Karuppanukkum).
