Shankar's Nanban to light up screens during Diwali

Shankar's Nanban, which is busy filming at Victoria hostel in Chennai, will be ready to light up the screens during Diwali. The movie is
currently at the third phase of the filming and the makers of the film are planning to wrap up the shoot by the end of August.

Actor Srikanth has confirmed the news that the movie will be releasing for Diwali. He claims that his portions of the shooting will be completed by August 15. He adds the film has come out well till now.

Nanban is a remake of Bollywood blockbuster 3 Idiots, which starred Aamir Khan, Madhavan and Sharman Joshi in the leads. In Tamil version, Vijay, Jeeva and Srikanth are playing the key roles. While, Kareena Kapoor played Aamir"s love interest in the original, Ileana D"Cruz is doing the same in Shankar directorial movie.
