Osthi team honours HSC/SSLC toppers

Unit of upcoming Tamil movie Osthi has honoured HSC and SSLC 2011 toppers of Tamil Nadu on Saturday. The team, which announced before that it will felicitate the students, has kept its promise by giving away cash prizes totalling Rs. 2 lakh for their remarkable achievement.

The team headed by Silambarasan gifted 20 thousand each for five students, who topped the SSLC examination. K Rekha, who bagged the first rank in HSC in 2011, received Rs. 1 lakh. Dharani, Raghava Lawrence, producers Mohan Apparao and T Ramesh were also present at the event.

The students, who might not have dreamt of receiving prize from Silambarasan, were visibly happy to get the recognition and meet the actor. They also took photographs with Simbu and Osthi unit.
