Conman can't hijack Payanam: Prakash Raj

Prakash Raj has confirmed that Payanam, dubbed version of Telugu movie Gaganam, will release without any hurdles. A Chennai based businessman filed a petition yesterday against the actor from releasing the Tamil version.

Mahendra Kumar Jain approached the Madras High Court seeking to halt the movie from hitting the screens in Tamil Nadu. In his petition, he claimed that Prakash Raj is yet to clear the dues of his earlier film Abhiyum Naanum, which comes close to Rs. 50 lakhs. He also said that the actor should pay the amount before the movie release.
